City Of Clemson Preparing For Annual Christmas Parade On Tuesday, December 3rd

(Seneca, SC)———–Yesterday on the Coffee Time program, Clemson Mayor J.C. Cook discussed the upcoming Clemson Christmas Parade as well as a way that individuals can help make this Christmas brighter for families in need.

Mayor Cook said that the city if excited about the upcoming Christmas Parade and the Angel Tree is up at City Hall for those who want to participate.

“The city of Clemson does an Angel Tree every year which generally sells out,” says Mayor Cook. “I think we still have a few angels, a few stars or angels left on the tree down at city hall. So, if you’re interested in helping a family in need out with Christmas, go by Clemson City Hall and get one of the angels off the tree so we can provide for those people who are less fortunate.”

The route for the Clemson Christmas Parade starts on Highway 93 at College Avenue and then makes it way downtown, eventually coming to an end near Keowee Trail. The Parade starts at 6pm and the rain date for the Clemson Christmas Parade is Thursday, December 5th.
