Clemson knocks off Syracuse

The Clemson Tigers continued their winning ways, traveling to the Carrier Dome on Saturday to defeat the Syracuse Orangemen 49-14. Clemson quarterback Tajh Boyd recorded 455 passing yards on the day, which is a new school record. He completed 20-of-27 passes and threw five touchdowns as well. Boyd became just the third quarterback in ACC history to reach 10,000 yards of total offense, as the third-ranked Tigers remained unbeaten and won their 13th straight game by a double-digit margin over an unranked opponent.
