Clemson Planning Commission Meeting Monday

At its next meeting, the Clemson Planning Commission will review an application by an Athens, Georgia firm to develop the former Bi-Lo shopping center on Old Greenville Highway into a planned development of residential and commercial units. The proposed development, called “The Station at Clemson,” would include apartments in four buildings and 48 cottage-style townhomes on the nine-acre site. Near the entrance to the property, plans are in place for seven thousand square feet of commercial space for general retail, small grocery, and restaurants. The planning commission will meet at 6 pm on Monday, September 11 at city hall.
