Clemson Trustees approve Plan for New Campus Building

The Clemson University Board of Trustees gave pre-concept approval for plans to design a building to replace programming in Sirrine Hall last week. Built in 1938, Sirrine Hall houses the College of Business and Behavioral Sciences and other academic programs. The replacement facility will become the home for all business and related disciplines. In addition, the estimated $130 million project will provide approximately 105,000 square feet of space in Sirrine Hall to allow for systematic renovation of other aging campus and academic facilities. Officials told trustees that completion is targeted for the summer of 2018 during their quarterly meeting last week on campus.
