Community asked for help finding missing Pendleton Man

Community help is needed to find a missing Pendleton man. The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office reports that 24-year-old Emmanuel Cornelius Quarles was last seen around 11am on April 20. Quarles is described as 5’7″, 150 lbs, with long black hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call 864-260-4440.
