CORRECTION Link to Study added:The Palmetto State ranks number one in the nation for the worst drivers. CarInsuranceComparison.com did the rankings based on five categories: fatalities per 100 million miles traveled, fatal crashes involving drivers who didn’t obey certain traffic laws, drunk driving, speeding and careless driving which included bicyclist and pedestrian fatalities.
