Councils Will Adjourn to Executive Session Tomorrow Night in Seneca and Westminster

Executive sessions are planned for tomorrow night at the end of council meetings in both Seneca and Westminster.

The mayor and council in Westminster are scheduled privately consider as many as three separate matters: personnel as it relates to the city’s staff structure; legal advice on the threat of legal action over the makeup of the board of the Joint Regional Sewer Authority; and legal advice on ongoing litigation involving Westminster’s power supplier, the “PMPA.”

In Seneca, the mayor and council there are scheduled for legal advice regarding the legal matter with the JRSA and the cities of Walhalla and Westminster.

The meetings in both Seneca and Westminster each begin at 6pm. Seneca’s meeting will be at City Hall in Council Chambers, while the meeting in Westminster will be at the Depot.

Both council meetings are open to the public.
