CU Police arrest former Bookstore Employee

A former campus bookstore employee stands charged with breach of trust.  Clemson University Police arrested 37-year-old David Reed Graham in connection with return refunds that were deposited into his personal bank account. He was booked on charges of felony breach of trust with fraudulent intent, with a value more than $2,000 but less than $10,000. Graham is not a student or university employee. Police said seven deposits totaling $2,123 were made to Graham’s account between May 2012 and January 2013 while he was a supervisor at the Barnes and Noble bookstore in Hendrix Student Center. Graham was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.
