Deputies arrest Burglary Suspect

Deputies with the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Fair Play man in connection to a recent burglary in the Foxwood Hills community.  The daily booking activity report from the Oconee County Detention Center lists 43-year-old Kevin Robert Phillips detained on second-degree burglary and petit larceny charges.  The incident occurred August 7^th at a residence on Harden Drive in Westminster.  According to the incident report, a security guard with the Foxwood Hills community spotted Phillips leaving the residence with a metal grill.  His bond is set at $5,000.
