Drugs, A Shotgun, and Indecent Exposure Lead to a Couple of Recent Arrests

A dog, a shotgun, and drugs were seized from a car parked illegally at a Madison Pointe home last Saturday. The driver, Andrew Wilson Potts, 31, of Utica, faces multiple charges, including possession of a sawed-off shotgun and animal abandonment. A Seneca police officer spotted the car around 2:30 a.m. and arrested Potts. He was later released on bond from the Oconee County Detention Center. The dog was taken by Animal Control.

Richard Clinton Looney

In another incident, Richard Clinton Looney, 64, of Westminster, was charged by Westminster Police with indecent exposure on July 4. He is still in jail with a $5000 bond.
