Drugs and Breach of Trust Charges Filed According to Area Arrest Reports

Peggy Beatrice Sullivan

On Monday, according to jail records, Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 46 year-old Peggy Beatrice Sullivan of Westminster on multiple counts of breach of trust and defrauding the state lottery. Sullivan was identified by a Stop-A-Minit loss prevention officer as a terminated employee at the store’s Highway 11 location south of Westminster. Investigators said they used camera surveillance footage from October of 2020 as evidence for the arrest of Sullivan, who was booked into the detention center and released on bond.

Edmund Randolph Allen, Jr.

On Tuesday, according to jail records, Oconee County Deputies charged 31 year-old Edmund Randolph Allen, Jr with petit larceny and his second offense for third degree burglary. He remains in custody pending bond.

Tabitha Rose King

Bond was set at $60,000 for a woman in Pickens County who is charged with her third or subsequent offense for drug distribution. According to arrest records, earlier this month Pickens County Deputies booked Tabitha Rose King into the detention center on charges of possession with intent to distribute both heroin and methamphetamine. She remains in custody at this time.

Chad Michael Pelfrey

 

On Sunday, Pickens County Deputies arrested Chad Michael Pelfrey for his third or subsequent offense of possession with intent to distribute meth and for sale of meth. His bond was set at $55,000 and he remains in custody at the Pickens County Detention Center.

Eric Shane Robinson

$10,000 bond was set for Eric Shane Robinson after he was arrested by Central Police on Friday for trafficking heroin. He, too, remains jailed in Pickens County at this time.
