Early Voting Records Shattered in SC

The State Election Commission reported that the record for most early votes cast in South Carolina on one day was broken Wednesday with almost 50,000 ballots cast statewide. As of Wednesday, 6,460 Oconee County voters had cast their ballots.

Per the State Election Commission, as of the same day there had been 7,814 early ballots cast in Pickens County, and 9,882 in Anderson County. Statewide, 383,063 early ballots have been cast so far. Early voting in South Carolina runs through this Saturday, November 5 from 8:30am until 6:00pm.

Also this quick reminder that Governor McMaster’s campaign bus tour includes a stop in Seneca on Monday morning, November 7th at 8:30am for breakfast at Seneca Family Restaurant. US Senator Tim Scott is among those anticipated to be with the Governor on Monday, the day before the General Election.
