“Elbow Grease” Re-Released on Big Screen in Seneca This Weekend

The late actor Burt Reynolds is returning to the big screen this weekend in his final cinematic appearance.

Originally entitled, “Elbow Grease”, then renamed “An Innocent Kiss”, the film will be shown under it’s original title starting this Friday night at Seneca’s movie theatre, as well as at other selected Premier Cinemas locations in South Carolina. It will run all week.

The movie was upstate native Jason Shirley’s first and was filmed here in 2013. It featured a number of well-known Seneca figures and locations, including Ram Cat Alley and Friendship Road, according to Jason Shirley, the movie’s director and producer…
