Fatal Traffic Accident in Westminster

A 73 year-old Seneca woman died Wednesday afternoon from injuries sustained in a two vehicle head-on collision.  This collision was reported to Oconee 911 Communications at 12:37 pm.  This incident occurred on West Oak Highway (SC 24) near Westminster.

Rachel Ann Barker, 73, of Seneca was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:07 pm.
