Feature Film shooting in Seneca

A feature film is shooting in Seneca later this month.  “Elbow Grease” plans to film in Seneca and parts of Oconee County between September 30 and October 22, 2013.  A number of area locations have been selected as the backdrop for scenes in the movie and one of the major set pieces will take place on Ram Cat Alley in downtown Seneca.  On Monday, October 7, Ram Cat Alley will be closed to the public.  With the assistance and cooperation of the City of Seneca and local shops and businesses, producers will be creating a fictitious street festival complete with vendor booths and music stage.  If you would like to participate in any way, from staging one of the booths to advertise your business or appearing as an extra in the movie, producers will be happy to include you.  Prior to and after the festival on Ram Cat Alley, the production team will be moving from location to location between Seneca and Walhalla.  For more information on getting involved in this feature film, email [email protected].
