Five Guys coming to Hartwell Village

Another business has announced plans to locate in the Hartwell Village located at the intersection of Highway 123 and Highway 93 in Oconee County. Five Guys is the first restaurant announced for the shopping center between Seneca and Clemson, tells Oconee Economic Alliance Executive Director Richard Blackwell. “We’re excited we finally have a restaurant to commit to that development and able to share the news that Five Guys is going to locate there at Hartwell Village. Along with that we are working with another hotel potentially going there, so things are taking shape and they will open very soon. Some of the retail shops will be open in the later part of this month into May. So, everything is looking very good for that side of our county.” Construction is nearing completion on the shopping center and according to their sign Five Below will open May 4, and Marshalls will open May 10.
