Four Men Charged with Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

Bond was set at $124,000 for 34 year-old Ernest Joseph McDonald of Westminster, and three other men are awaiting bond, following their arrests on Tuesday by the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office.

McDonald is charged with third degree sexual exploitation of a minor and is being held for another agency, according to jail records.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thomas Gerald Allred, age 45 of Seneca, is awaiting bond on four counts of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor, while 23 year-old Terry Randall Belk, Jr and Jon Joseph Carranza, age 26, both of Seneca, are awaiting bond on one count each of second degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Sheriff Mike Crenshaw said the arrests are part of an ongoing investigation, and that more arrests are anticipated, possibly as soon as today.
