Fulmer Elected to Clemson City Council

John Fulmer has won the special election to replace now-Mayor Robert Halfacre’s vacated Clemson city council seat. Fulmer won with 80% of the vote, squarely defeating Greg Rice and Jim Borick. The seat is up for election again in November 2022.

Fulmer joins Catherine Watt, Alesia Smith, Bob Brookover, John Ducworth and Fran McGuire and Mayor Halfacre on council. Fulmer previously lost a runoff election to McGuire in 2019.
