Gas Prices on way Down

Gas prices are on the way down, explains publisher of the Lundberg Survey, Trilby Lundberg. “We have another four-cent drop in pump prices. The new average gasoline price for regular is $3.48 and its 23 cents down since June 20.” Falling crude oil prices get the credit for the drop in gasoline prices, adds Lundberg. “There is a decent chance that gasoline prices will edge down a bit more that is unless crude oil prices recover, if crude oil prices go up then so will retail gasoline.” The Lundberg Survey states that it is not possible to know what crude oil prices will do, but if they recover, this will be the end of the price decline on the street.
