Harpers Plaza Project Nears Completion

As construction work continued at Harper’s Plaza in downtown Seneca yesterday afternoon, the area was filled with a cacophony of sounds. From a city hall window across the street, two city officials observed the progress with keen interest.

According to Scott Moulder, the city administrator, the project is “getting close” to completion. He revealed that in the coming month or so, the city can anticipate officially receiving the finished work from the contractor.
