Help sought in Seneca Burglary Cases

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office seeks the public’s help solving a burglary case and a grand larceny case that occurred at separate addresses on Keowee Trail in Seneca during the month of September. A deputy responded on Sept. 5 to 550 Keowee Trail around 5pm in regards to a burglary that had already occurred. The complainant told the deputy that when they returned home from work, they found a television set had been taken. Further investigation revealed that $300 in change had also been taken. Investigators believe that the burglar broke in through a window and left through the front door. Then on Sept. 17, a deputy took a report of a larceny that took place at 536 Keowee Trail in which a red Toro 322 Dingo skid steer loader, valued at $12,000 and a Stihl Pole Cutting Saw valued at $800 were stolen.
