Hines and Towe square off in Salem Election

The Town of Salem has set the field for a special election. On April 11, Salem holds an election to fill a vacancy on its four-member town council at the Salem Community Center. At the deadline on Friday, the only two candidates were Judy Hines and Vickie Towe. Hines and Towe seek to fill the unexpired term created by the recent death of Lorenia Lee.
