Indecent Exposure and Counterfeiting Charges Filed Against Suspects on Wednesday in Oconee County

According to jail records, on Wednesday Seneca Police arrested 31-year-old Javon Faraud Blue and charged him with disorderly conduct, indecent exposure and interference with firemen or apparatus. He remains in custody pending bond.

A North Carolina man was charged with selling fake gold bars in Oconee County. Steven Cody Hargus, 42, of Zirconia, was arrested Wednesday by the sheriff’s office. He is accused of having counterfeit marks on the gold bars he sold. A counterfeit mark is a fake logo that tries to imitate a registered trademark. Hargus faces charges of trafficking in counterfeit goods. He was booked into jail and released on bond.
