Indecent Exposure Charges Filed Over the Weekend in Two Cases

A couple of arrests were made over the weekend and the suspects in each case were charged with indecent exposure.

Saturday evening around 7:15pm Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 55 year-old Marty Lee Clark of Cannon, GA on a charge of indecent exposure. He was booked into jail and released on bond.

Also on Saturday, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Demarcus Shawntez Taylor, age 29, and charged him with threatening the life of a public employee, resisting arrest, indecent exposure and exposure of private parts in a lewd manner. His bond was set at $50,000 which was posted, according to jail records.

But that was not Taylor’s first time being charged with indecent exposure. Back on February 8th of this year, Taylor was arrested by deputies and charged with the same. His arrest record in Oconee County goes back almost ten years. According to records, in 2013 he was charged by Seneca Police with receiving stolen goods.
