Issaqueena’s Last Ride this Saturday

Tune up your bicycle and take part in Issaqueena’s Last Ride this Saturday, April 25, explains Ken Sloan, president and CEO of the Mountain Lakes Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. “This is the 17th annual Issaqueena’s Last Ride. We have 30, 60, 80 and 100-mile routes up through the mountains. We are expecting somewhere around 200 riders from all over the southeast. The proceeds of this event goes to Safe Harbor. Over the last few years we have managed to give Safe Harbor about $17,000 and our goal this year is to give them another $5,000.” Issaqueena’s Last Ride starts at 9am from St. Johns Lutheran Church at 301 West Main Street in Walhalla.
