Judicial Appointments in South Carolina’s 10th Circuit

This week, the South Carolina Legislature cast votes that resulted in the appointment of judicial officers within the 10th Circuit, encompassing Oconee and Anderson counties. Scott Sprouse, hailing from Walhalla, has been granted the authority to continue his role as a judge, presiding over both civil and criminal cases in the two counties. Meanwhile, David Brousseau, an attorney from Anderson, has been selected to occupy a vacant Family Court seat within the circuit.
