League of Women Voters Hosting Candidates Forum

The League of Women Voters (LWV) of Oconee and Pickens Counties will host a Candidate Forum on Thursday, June 2 in the Walhalla High School Auditorium at 7:00pm for the two candidates running for SC House District 1 in the June 14th primary – Representative William Whitmire and Mr. Wally Sparks.

A moderator will ask questions and give each candidate a chance to respond. Audience members are encouraged to submit questions in writing either before or during the forum, which is free and open to the public.
