Lewd Exposure Charges Filed Against Seneca Man; Other Wednesday Arrests in Oconee County

According to jail records, on Wednesday Oconee County Deputies arrested 28 year-old Angela Elizabeth Wedge of Anderson for allegedly leaving a gas station without paying. She was booked into jail and released on bond.
Christie Leann Manley Smith
Also on Wednesday, 42 year-old Christie Leann Manley Smith of Seneca was charged by Deputies with financial transaction card fraud. She is out of jail on bond.
Amber Lynn Raffaldt

33 year-old Jason Adam Foster and 24 year-old Amber Lynn Raffaldt, both of a Crooks Road address in Seneca, were arrested on Wednesday by Sheriff’s Deputies. Foster is charged with two counts of lewd exposure, while Raffaldt is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Both were booked into jail and released on bond.
