Lunney inviting Community to take Pictures

Still looking for that beautiful holiday scene to take the family Christmas photo?  Well, look no further than the Lunney House Museum in downtown Seneca.  “The house is ready to be seen and I encourage anyone, particularly if you have out of town guests or friends coming in.  We are open Thursdays through Sundays, 1-5pm, but if you need to come any other day, call me, I’m usually there.” That was Lunney House Museum curator and director Dr. John Martin.  He can be reached at 864-710-7494.  Dr. Martin says the Christmas sleigh on the front lawn is the most popular photo spot this year.  “The great thing is I have had calls with people asking can we bring our grandchildren or children and sit them on the sleigh and take pictures and of course you can.” Learn more about the historic home in downtown Seneca by visiting www.lunneyhousemuseum.org.
