Lunney to host Christmas Open House

The Lunney House Museum hosts a Christmas Open House and Reception on Sunday from 4-7pm.  This is an ‘Old Fashion Christmas’ complete with chestnuts roasting on an open fire, explains Lunney House Museum curator and director Dr. John Martin.  “This year we have a sleigh that is lighted.  The house is done in a quite old fashion theme.  We have a Christmas Tree with original ornaments from families in Seneca with some decorations dating back to 1923.  We have some old dolls and toys from early 1900’s.  As you stroll through the house, you will see all the old decorations.  We will have chestnuts roasting on an open fire at the carriage house.  Inside the carriage house will be catered desserts.” The Lunney Christmas Open House and Reception is this Sunday from 4-7pm.  It is free to the public.
