Man pleads to Threats against Campus

A man who made threats against campus has been released from jail after pleading guilty.  Clemson University Police announce that 33-year-old David Reed Graham pleaded guilty to breach of trust with fraudulent intent and received a five-year sentence, suspended to three years of probation with one year of intensive probation. Clemson University Police charged Graham because of the theft of more than $2,000 but less than $10,000 from the Barnes and Noble Bookstore on March 18, 2013. Graham was taken into custody April 11 after making verbal threats to university police and the campus bookstore. The Clemson University no-trespass order issued to Graham on April 11 remains in effect.  The following conditions are part of the probationary sentence given to Graham:  a curfew, GPS monitoring, no trespassing on any part of the Clemson University campus, continued mental health counseling, follow-up treatment by mental health counselor, random drug and alcohol testing, no possession of weapons of any kind, restitution to the bookstore and no early termination of probation.
