Man Wanted by US Marshals Arrested in Seneca

A man wanted by the US Marshals Service was arrested Tuesday by Seneca Police. 50 year-old Allen Ricardo Randolph was held at the Oconee County Detention Center, but has since been released, according to jail records. Details surrounding his arrest, as well as what charges he is wanted on by the federal agency, have not yet been released.

Joseph Allen Tuten

On Tuesday, Oconee County Deputies arrested 43 year-old Joseph Allen Tuten on charges of public disorderly conduct, two counts malicious injury to real property, one count of malicious injury to personal property and escape. A bond amount was set at more than $45,000 and he remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center.

 

Meadow Angelinna Culp-Blount

21 year-old Seneca resident Meadow Angelinna Culp-Blount is out of jail on bond, charged with Breach of Trust. An arrest warrant from the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office alleged she took approximately $1,400 from the Friendship Road Dollar General where she worked as a cashier. The theft is alleged to have occurred between September and December of last year.
