Marietta Man Arrested for ATV Thefts, Woman Facing Multiple Drug Charges

Adam Tyler Cole, a 29-year-old resident of Bates Road in Marietta, was apprehended by Seneca Police on Wednesday on charges of grand larceny exceeding $10,000, related to the theft of three all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). The ATVs were reportedly stolen in October 2022 from a business located on U.S. Highway 123, where they had been dropped off for servicing. In addition to the larceny charges, Cole is also facing two bench warrants. Currently, he is being held at the Oconee Detention Center with a bond set at $30,000. If released, he will be mandated to wear an electronic GPS tracking device.

In an unrelated case, on Saturday, Erica Lee Nannetti, 38, was arrested by Walhalla Police. She is charged with unlawful neglect, manufacturing or possessing Schedule IV drugs with intent to distribute (1st offense), manufacturing, distributing, etc. of methamphetamine (1st offense), and for manufacturing or distributing drugs Schedule I B C LSD and Schedule II cocaine (1st offense), In addition to these charges, if she makes bail, there is an additional requirement for GPS tracking and a drug monitoring patch. The total bond amount for all charges is $63,000 and she remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center.
