Maryland defeats Clemson in ACC Matchup

Maryland put together a 21-8 run in the first eight minutes of the second half to pull away to a 72-59 victory over Clemson on Saturday at the Comcast Center. Devin Booker led the Tigers once again on the road, making 5-of-10 field goals and 6-of-9 at the line for a 16-point effort.  With the loss, Clemson falls to 13-13 overall and 5-9 in the ACC. The Tigers return home to face the University of North Carolina on Thursday, Feb. 28. The game will be televised by ESPN and is slated to tip off at 7pm from Littlejohn Coliseum.
