Missing Person Found Safe

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office reports that William Tanner Phalen, Jr., 23, has been found and is safe. Previously, the Missing Person’s Unit of the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office had issued an urgent request for information about the missing man from Westminster. A family member filed a Missing Person’s report after last seeing William at his Meadow Lark Drive residence on February 21st. He was later seen near Oconee Memorial Hospital on February 23rd.
