Months Long Investigation Culminates with Arrest of Seneca Man

An undercover investigation that began in June of last year has led to the arrest of a Seneca man. 42 year-old James Bernard Williams of an Oglesby Lane address in Seneca is out of jail on bond, according to inmate records at the Oconee County Detention Center, after his arrest on Monday afternoon by Seneca Police.

Williams was charged with four counts of crack cocaine distribution, “third or subsequent offense.” Investigators said that back on June 17th of last year, Williams allegedly distributed a quantity of crack to what the arrest warrant described, as “a reliable undercover operative.” Seneca Police Chief Casey bowling has more…
