Multiple Arrests by Area Law Enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday

David Wayne Buchanan

According to records from the Oconee County Detention Center, on Wednesday Walhalla Police arrested 57 year-old David Wayne Buchanan of Westminster for being a fugitive from justice. He remains in custody at this time.

Billy Christopher Whitmire

Billy Christopher Whitmire. 56 of Clayton, GA, was charged by Walhalla Police with sale or delivery to and unlawful possession of stolen handguns.

Stephanie Kay Carnes

Also on Wednesday, Oconee County Deputies arrested 49 year-old Stephanie Kay Carnes of Seneca on a charge of possession/distribution of methamphetamine. Her bond was set at $15,000.

Cody Wade Reeves

Westminster resident Cody Wade Reeves, age 19, was charged on Wednesday by Westminster Police with third degree assault nd battery. He is in jail awaiting bond proceedings.

Donald Jay Davis

Jacquelyn Renee Suttles

And Seneca Police charged 54 year-old Donald Jay Davis of Fair Play and 52 year-old Jacquelyn Renee Suttles of Seneca each with possession of meth. Suttles is additionally charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, while Davis is facing added charges of driving under suspension and no insurance. Both remain in custody pending bond.

Brandon Michael Tannery

On Tuesday, Oconee County Deputies charged 33 year-old Brandon Michael Tannery with breaking into autos, petit larceny, public disorderly conduct and malicious injury to property. His bond was set at more than $14,000 and he remains in jail at this time.
