Multiple Arrests Made Tuesday by Seneca PD

Seneca Police were busy on Tuesday. According to records from the Oconee County Detention Center, Jayquan Nathaniel Goodine is in custody awaiting bond on charges of third degree domestic violence and resisting arrest.

In an apparently unrelated incident, reports show that Officers arrested 52 year-old Billy Joe Smith on charges of high and aggravated assault and battery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. More charges are pending, and he remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center.

Also on Tuesday, Seneca Police arrested 40 year-old Ismael Rodriguez Siens on two counts each of first degree burglary, possession of stolen handguns, petit larceny and malicious injury to property. He is also charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon with further charges pending.
