Multiple Arrests on Various Charges in Oconee County on Thursday

Area law enforcement officers were kept busy on Thursday, according to records from the Oconee County Detention Center. Seneca Police charged 34 year-old Samuel Scott Horton of Travelers Rest with Grand Larceny. Warrants allege that Horton took a 2010 Chrysler 300 from a residence on Northwoods Drive late last month. His bond was set at $10,000 and he remains in custody at the Oconee County Detention Center.

Javier DeAngelo Moss

Also on Thursday, Westminster Police charged 24 year-old Javier Deangelo Moss with Third Degree Assault and Battery. He was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center to await bond.

Aliester Shawn Ford

And in an unrelated incident, the Oconee County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged 27 year-old Aliester Shawn Ford of Walhalla with Disseminating Obscene Materials to a Minor and Criminal Solicitation of a Minor. His total surety bond amount was set at $5,000 and he remains in custody at this time.
