Multiple Arrests Reported in Oconee Over the Weekend

Austin Tyrell Cousins

According to reports from the Oconee County Detention Center, on Friday, Seneca Police arrested 30 year-old Austin Tyrell Cousins and charged him with Second Degree Assault and Battery by Mob with Serious Injury. Bond on that charge was set at $50,000 and he is also being held for another agency.

Joey Dee Jackson

Also on Friday, West Union Police arrested 52 year-old Joey Dee Jackson and charged him with possession of meth. His bond was set at $10,000 and he remains in custody at this time.

Richard Barrett Thompson

On Saturday, Oconee County Deputies charged 48 year-old Richard Barrett Thompson with Second Degree Burglary and Malicious Injury to Property. His bond was set at $12,000.

Kevin Eugene Jackson

Sheriff’s Deputies on Saturday also charged Kevin Eugene Jackson, age 59, with Second Degree Assault and Battery. His bond was set at $10,000.

Tyler Matthew Tong

And in yet another incident, on Saturday, Deputies arrested 27 year-old Tyler Matthew Tong on charges of Driving Under Suspension and Distribution of Methamphetamine. Bond on those charges was set at $12,100. He was also wanted on a Magistrates Bench Warrant and remains in jail at this time.
