New Downtown Seneca Bus Stop coming soon

Before the end of the year, the City of Seneca plans to construct a permanent structure for the new CAT Bus Stop on Railroad Street. Seneca Mayor Dan Alexander gives details. “It will be different that the one on Main Street. There will be sitting areas where people can sit and be out from under the weather a little bit. There are also plans for restrooms. We received a grant that will also us to be able to do that and that should happen this year.” Work is currently underway on the former Pro Pex Property where the CAT buses are housed and serviced. Once completed with that project, work begins on the new bus stop along Railroad Street.
