OC Council to hold Public Hearing on Ordinance

The Oconee County Council will hold a public hearing for Ordinance 2014-26, which is an ordinance to authorize the acceptance of electronic signatures for certain Oconee County transactions in accordance with the South Carolina Uniform Electronic Transaction Act and to authorize an electronic signature policy in accordance with the South Carolina Code of Laws; and other matters related thereto on Dec. 2 at 6pm in Council Chambers of the Oconee County Administrative Offices, located at 415 South Pine Street in Walhalla.
