OC Sheriff’s Office arrests Seneca Man for Nov. Burglary

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office has charged two Seneca men with an early November burglary near Seneca in which three television sets were stolen from a residence. Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Jimmy Watt gives details. “One of the individuals charged, 19-year-old Marquez Tyriek Kendrick of 115 Whittle Park Drive, was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 2:18pm yesterday after being arrested by the Seneca Police Department of two outstanding bench warrants. Kendrick was also booked in on a temporary custody order as well until warrants were obtained charging him with first degree burglary and grand larceny. The Sheriff’s Office is seeking a second suspect in the case, 22-year-old Justin Dimon Alexander is being charged in arrest warrants with first degree burglary and grand larceny. Deputies responded to an address on Old Clemson Highway around 4:25pm on Nov. 5 due to reports of a burglary and larceny in which three flat screen TV sets, including a 67-inch, 62-inch and a 22-inch, were stolen. The combined total amount of all three TV’s is around $3,750.
