Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Announces Additional Arrests in First Drug Round-Up of 2024

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office has made significant progress in its first drug round-up of 2024, which began on February 20th. A total of 41 arrest warrants were issued for 27 individuals, with 19 of them already arrested.

Among the arrested are Katlyn Alexus McMahan, a 24-year-old from Seneca, charged with possession of methamphetamine and contraband in a detention center; Angel Dawn Holloway, a 34-year-old from Seneca, charged with distribution of prescription medication and currently held on a $15,000 surety bond; and Chad Byron Holloway, a 49-year-old from Seneca, charged with distribution of prescription medication and currently held on a $50,000 surety bond.

The remaining suspects include Benjamin Daniel Lusk, Carla Denise Bennefield, Marshall Phillip Sims, Antonio Aminika Hunter, Joshua Eugene Reece, Randall Dain Wooten, Deanna Michelle Smith (Addis), and James Christopher Brown, all charged with various counts of distribution of methamphetamine, prescription medication, heroin, and trafficking in Fentanyl.
