Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Announces Second Drug Round-Up of 2023

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is announcing the second drug round-up of 2023.

The Sheriff’s Office obtained arrest warrants on 26 subjects based on controlled purchases of narcotics by undercover operatives working at the direction of the Sheriff’s Office. Among the narcotics purchased during the controlled buys were Cocaine, Crack Cocaine, Fentanyl, Heroin, Methamphetamine, and Prescription Medication.

As of 10am Monday, 10 subjects had been arrested so far and/or were already in jail and will or have been served their warrants. They are:
1) Terrell Logan Compton Seneca, SC 37 years old
Distribution of Methamphetamine – 2 counts
Compton was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center on June 7th of this year
on unrelated charges and remains in jail at this time. Compton was given a combined $100,000 surety bond on the two drug charges.

2) Douglas Dusty Rhodes, Jr. Westminster, SC 67 years old
Distribution of Heroin – 1 count
Rhodes, Jr. was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 11:27am Thursday, September 28th. Rhodes, Jr. was released on September 28th on a $75,000 personal recognizance bond.

3) Dreguis Muntrail Webb 36 years old Seneca, SC
Distribution of Crack Cocaine – 4 counts
Webb was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 11:41am Thursday,
September 28th. Webb remains in jail, at this time, on a combined $300,000 surety bond.

4) Janet Lorraine Tyner Westminster, SC 30 years old Distribution of Fentanyl – 1 count
Tyner was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 12Noon on
Thursday, September 28th. Tyner remains in jail, at this time, on a $100,000 surety
bond.

5) Ketra Sheree Smith Westminster, SC 31 years old
Distribution of Fentanyl – 2 counts
Smith was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 2:26pm Thursday,
September 28th. At this time, Smith remains in jail on a combined $150,000 surety bond.

6) Robert Lewis Schoenfeld, Jr. Seneca, SC 34 years old
Distribution of Methamphetamine – 3 counts
Schoenfeld, Jr. was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 10:29am on
Friday, September 29th. Schoenfeld, Jr. was given a combined $90,000 surety bond.
Schoenfeld, Jr. was released from jail, on September 30th, after posting bond.

7) Kenneth Edward Stone Seneca, SC 50 years old
Distribution of Heroin – 2 counts
Distribution of Methamphetamine – 1 count
Stone was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 11:36pm on Friday,
September 29th. At this time, Stone remains in jail on a combined $90,000 surety bond.

8) Brittany Dickson Rogers Westminster, SC 39 years old
Distribution of Methamphetamine – 2 counts
Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Buprenorphine) – 1 count
Distribution of Fentanyl – 1 count
Rogers was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 5:43pm on Friday,
September 29th. Rogers was given a combined $75,000 surety bond. Rogers was released from jail, on September 29th, after posting bond.

9) Wesley Nathan Finley 34 years old Seneca, SC
Distribution of Fentanyl – 1 count
Distribution of a Controlled Substance (Suboxone) – 1 count
Finley was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center around 9:03pm on Friday,
September 29th. Finley was given a combined $60,000 surety bond. Finley was released
from jail, on October 1st, after posting bond.

10) Darrell Lamar Nelson 28 years old Seneca, SC
Distribution of Cocaine – 2 counts
According to a Narcotics Agent, Nelson is in custody at the Oconee County Detention
Center today, Monday, October 2nd, and is being booked into jail.
