Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Announces Three Spots Currently Available For Project Lifesaver

(Seneca, SC)————The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office has announced that three spots are available to families in regards to the Project Lifesaver Program. 

According to the press release from the Sheriff’s Office, families who live in Oconee County who have a family member who has a medical diagnosis for Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism or down syndrome, and that family member has a tendency to wander off are eligible for the program. Proof of residency must be established and a medical statement from a doctor providing care to your family member concerning their diagnosis is required to be considered for eligibility. 

The spots for Project Lifesaver are available on a first come, first serve basis.
