Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Westminster Man On Criminal Sexual Conduct With A Minor Charges
(Seneca, SC)—The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Westminster man on charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor – First Degree.
51 year old Donald H. Dame is accused in an arrest warrant of sexually assaulting a female under the age of 11 years old in late March of this year.
According to the case report issued by the Sheriff’s Office, the investigation began after a deputy from the Uniform Patrol Division responded to Prisma Health – Oconee Memorial Hospital during the evening hours of April 2nd of this year in regards to reports of a possible rape or sexual assault.
