Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Deputy And Victim’s Advocate Receives Tri-County Technical College Distinguished Alumni Award

(Seneca, SC)————-An Oconee County Sheriff’s Office deputy was honored this week at the Commencement Exercises at Tri-County Technical College with the Distinguished Alumni Award. 

Rhonda Morgan, who has been a victim’s advocate with the Sheriff’s Office for more than 20 years, is a graduate from Tri-County Technical College in the Criminal Justice program and also holds an undergraduate degree from Southern Wesleyan University. 

Morgan was employed by the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardons Services, where she became an agent before beginning work at the Sheriff’s Office. 

Morgan will retire from the Sheriff’s Office at the end of this month on May 31st.
