Oconee County Sheriff’s Office Seeks the Public’s Help in Locating Two Missing Teenage Girls

UPDATE: THE MISSING GIRLS HAVE BEEN LOCATED AND ARE SAFE, ACCORDING TO THE OCONEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.

The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help today in locating two missing teenager girls who left from a residence near Seneca earlier this morning.

The Sheriff’s Office received word around 7:17am today that 15 year old Jaley Kimbrell and 13 year old Alyssa Nicole Wheeler had left a residence on Shiloh Road.  The girls were last seen around 3am this morning by a family member but were not at home when a family went to wake them up later in the morning.  

Alyssa was last seen wearing a red hoodie with green plaid pajama pants.  Jaley was last seen wearing a white hoodie with pink camo pajama pants.  

Alyssa is 5’ 2” tall and weighs around 117 pounds.  Alyssa has blue eyes and black hair.  Jaley is 5’ tall and weighs around 120 pounds.  Jaley has black hair.  

The case was forwarded to the Missing Person’s Unit of the Criminal Investigations Bureau and Investigators are following up on any leads.  

Information on both girls has been placed into the National Crimes Information Center database.
