OCPL Volunteer named Volunteer Administrator of the Year

The Oconee County Public Library is celebrating its Volunteer Administrator, Janice Lovinggood, who recently received the South Carolina Association of Volunteer Administration Administrator of the Year Award.  Lovinggood was honored at the South Carolina Association of Volunteer Administration’s annual Leadership Conference held in Pawley’s Island.  The Administration works to promote volunteerism across the state, and has been providing education and support to the volunteer management profession for over 30 years.
